      Some of my coworkers became great friends

      Almost zero opportunities for advancement. Pay is a joke compared to the workload and industry average. Empty promises of raises which turn out to be ridiculously low quarterly bonuses based on performance - anything but a real raise. Management just wants praise, never question themselves, refuses any criticism no matter how constructive and will sulk if you give any.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
