      Pros

      The office has some pretty nice facilities and fruits in the kitchen, but that's all

      Cons

      - strong micro-management - fake atmosphere - expect you to stay overtime, even though they do not pay extra for that nor do they let you leave earlier some other day in return - terrible work-life balance - open space area is huge and loud, there are no partitions between desks, so it makes it harder to focus

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
