      Pros

      Met very good and hard-working people who I could learn a lot from. Multicultural and inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Uncompetitive salary, high employee turnover, lack of employee recognition, not a structured career path, a lot of overtime.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
