Pros

If you're the kind to sell your soul to a job and work until 10 pm everyday I guess you'll do well here.

Cons

Narcissistic managers on a power trip who don't care at all about you, but they'll mislead you into believing they do. They speak badly of you and your colleagues behind your back. Bullying between colleagues and departments is pretty common and it's excused and justified by management. There is a lot of rudeness and hostility. It's frequent to see colleagues crying at their desks and in the toilets because of the pressure and bad atmosphere. People work themselves literally sick and go on sick leave for months and then the department is understaffed (when I arrived there were like 5 people on sick leave, that should tell you something). You are expected to work extra time almost everyday with little to none compensation. In fact you might get in trouble if you go home at your normal time, because many people work the whole evening and expect you to do the same. You get very little training because your team is too busy, but you're expected to know everything pretty fast or else you'll be in trouble. I never talked to a person that was happy with their job in this office.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Cons

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
