- hardly any room for vertical career growth. you rather move horizontally from project coordinator to project manager to senior project manager and so on. your responsibilities hardly change really. - sometimes you stay after working hours, but this is a must these days and you have to be prepared for these things - huge miscommunication gap between production and sales
