Pros

They do offer a good benefit program but since the pay is so low you won’t be able to afford it.

Cons

This company is a disgrace. They grossly underpay there employees. Good luck finding a parking spot. Then to get up to the 5th floor. Than have to put your lunch away in the lunchroom where there is no room. Then have no choice but to put your purse in a locker with your own lock. Then have to pick a finger in which you need to punch in. No badge to punch in or the computer system. The line is from here to the end of the world to punch in and out and even during lunch. If you are late from break or lunch you will gain points. After so many points it’s grounds for dismissal. This was just this year I quit within 1 month of employment. It was as if I was in prison with no way out. Do NOT take this job unless there isNO other option. If you do you will regret it. I should of paid attention to the reviews before accepting the job. I though well maybe it’s not true or I should give it a try. Forget it. Everything I read was true and then some. There are a lot of jobs out there and you will regret it if you decide to pick this one. Only 30 minute lunch to gulp down your lunch and run back in the phone. Be careful with too many bathroom breaks as well. If you need lunch every day at the same time good luck because that varies as well. It is a UTTER DISGRACE. Everyone hates it and any good worker will leave under the circumstances and they well know that. They know they underpay people and simply do not care.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
