Pros

- generally good, supportive coworkers - WFH (though they are trying to move to hybrid 1x/week if you're 60 miles from the HQ) - depending on the department, but typically not micromanaged

Cons

- benefits are a bit lackluster, especially when it comes to paternal leave (3 weeks) - disorganized departments, which can lead to abuse from managment - not all promotions are financially treated equal. If you start out at a smaller / junior dev salary, your promoted salary will be based off the % of that initial salary, and you probably won't match someone who started off as a senior dev.

Pros

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Cons

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
