Interview
The interview process was fairly standard until I met with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the conversation felt unusually focused on negative experiences. Nearly every question centered on mistakes, failures, or shortcomings, with very little interest in my accomplishments, leadership successes, or the positive impact I’ve had throughout my career.
I understand the value of behavioral questions and learning how candidates handle challenges, but the overall tone made it difficult to showcase my strengths. I left feeling like the interview was designed to uncover flaws rather than understand what I could bring to the role.

Question 1
Tell me a time you failed.
Tell me about your biggest weakness.
Tell me a time you failed your team.
Etc…
Everybody I met with during the interview process was on time and respectful. They were communicative throughout the whole process and helpful in letting me know what the next steps were.

Interview
I was rejected for the role I originally applied for. The interview was pretty simple. It took two phases and I landed the role. They don't really keep people long anyways. You aren't told that during the interview. They drag the start date out months after they hire you.

Question 1
They will ask you about your sales history and how many calls you have taken. A lot of people are hired with no sales background.
