Leads are pretty terrible most of the time. They promised over 100k in income and it is not possible for the average agent

Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

Cons

The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

It’s a very large company.

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
