Pros
I started working for Selectquote as a Senior insurance sales agent. During training your paychecks can be over $1400 if you go in and do your work, pay attention, and take it seriously. The trainers are wonderful and upper management is even better. I had to leave the last week of training because I couldn't get licensed and the AEP Operations License and Compliance Manager, David Mergen , actually found me a position within the company that didn't require a license! He took time out of his work day to help make sure I didn't go without a job .They actually care about you and truly want you to succeed. By far, the best management I have ever had .
Cons
Lunch is a hour. I'd rather it be 30 mins during training and we leave 30 mins earlier.
