Pros
Flexibility and advancement opportunities, annual bonus right before Christmas. ESOP bank matches 50% and most banking fees are waived
Cons
Health benefits could be better. A lot of favoritism which makes it hard to advance. Increase core benefits and assist long-term staff with debt consolidation loans for staff that are going thru hardship. Seen too many staff take their personal financial stress to work.
