      Local management was stellar at Meridian ID location Competitive pay Competitive benefits Flexible and responsive local management Positive, & customer focused ethics Business to business industry, M-F hrs, no weekends

      Cons

      Weak leadership from senior management after period of rapid growth Each office & terminal is their own fiefdom - some better than others Significant disconnect & lack of communication within this corporation

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
