I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saia LTL Freight (Ban Phone Savang) in Nov 2022
The process was faster than most. If your application is accepted they send an email to do a typing test, test the speed of your internet, and a questionnaire. The first interview was a phone interview with a supervisor/Team lead. If selected they email you for a second interview which is a group interview. The group interview consisted of the manager, a supervisor, and two team leads. During the interview you are required to take a timed test. Interview questions were pretty basic and they opened the floor for you to ask questions. I would recommend not having so many people of management during the group interview. It can be very intimidating. Also, you should have candidates take the test prior to the interview. Taking it during the interview is awkward.
- Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time you had little to no supervision and how did you handle it.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Saia LTL Freight in Jan 2022
Received an email stating they wanted to interview me and within the email they had the hourly wage posted. If the wage was acceptable then I had to email them back so we could setup the interview. Between getting the first email to my interview it was only about a week. When I arrived at the facility not a mask insight. The two people that interviewed me without forethought wanted to shake my hand in this Covid world. I obviously declined the handshake. The interview itself was basic but the interviewers did not seem to want to be there. No enthusiasm for the company whatsoever. When the interview was over the interviewers once again tried to shake my hand and once again I had to decline because of the obvious. It's been almost a month and still have not heard anything and they still have the position posted.
- The basic interview questions: Tell me about yourself etc...

Very easy interview as long as you have warehousing experience. It seems like a great place to work. Unfortunately the schedule wasn’t what I was looking for that time around.

No updates on job status. Not great with communication. Sent a message through indeed and did not get a reply for almost two weeks. Communication should be better if someone sends a question to them.
- Did not get any information or update on application request.
