Pros

Great benefits and a progressive company culture.

Cons

They set up a cash quote line where customers can call in for a quick quote. As a rep you get negative impacts if you dont schedule and give a quote. In fact if i say “sure i can get you a quote” instead of “i can schedule you” im impacted negatively. I cant even acknowledge the customers needs when the company told them this is what theyre doing. It is set up in a way that prevents growth because youre constantly fighting a losing battle. I am still a top performer and my JC is going to be crushed when i put in my two weeks.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
