Pros

Easy work, pretty nice customers.

Cons

You will be penalized for being only 1 minute late to a shift or coming back from break. Yet you are expected to stay taking calls until the last minute of your shift even if it keeps you an hour past your scheduled time. Managers will also schedule meetings outside of scheduled shifts. They have the audacity to proposition it as "one of the most generous attendance policies in the industry." That's just a blatant lie, in my over 10 years of experience with this type of work I have never seen an attendance policy so rigid and unforgiving. Its borderline exploitative, its a clear attempt to suck out as much labor as they can while paying as little as they can and I cannot believe its even legal. There's no recognition or consideration that we're taking calls back to back to back most of the time and they expect us to be glued to our chairs essentially for our entire shifts. You literally have to work MORE than full time to get an UNPAID 30 minute lunch. It's such a joke, I had hoped the company would be more progressive considering the high level of diversity but clearly its just for show. At its core this company is as exploitative as any other, if not more than most, and is only looking to suck as much labor out of you as they can without providing much value back.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
