Pros
It's a large company that's is dominating the industry due to its network and association with the largest insurance companies. No doubt the company has a long future ahead of it.
Cons
The pressure on management follow a cookie cutter approach organizing, managing and developing their people is constrictive to creativity and growth. While being told to build the business as if it were your own, every single parameter is dictated, in direct contrast with their 'you're the president of your market' philosophy. Makes suffering the consequences of poor performance a little tough to swallow.
