Pros

Short commute time to work,

Cons

Every call taken is recorded and possibly judged by a "job coach" or quality assurance rep. Then each and every word is picked apart, even voice tone. You must repeat everything back to caller, you must be upbeat on every call, you must read the script exactly as written and be conversational at the same time. They pay is low, the stress is high. You cannot be even 1 second late for work or break or get written up.

Pros

Work from home, pay is good and Supervisors I've had are great! Really worked with me on a schedule that fit with my needs! If your full-time you get benefits that include health insurance, life insurance, 401K with a 50 percent match, dental and vision insurance plus a yearly bonus!

Cons

Training doesn't prepare you for everything so it's a bit scary when your first working there! Upside is the seasoned employees (I'm one of them) will step up to the plate to assist in answering questions to make the transition easier. Selling wipers can be a hit or miss, that is part of the quota! There were a variety of health insurances to choose from it's been cut down to one which doesn't work for me!
