      Pros

      A large company that you can possibly move around with.

      Cons

      SGS as a whole seems to only be interested in buying profitable companies and then investing little to nothing into them. They seem to have no real vision of where to go or how to get there, assuming that the companies they buy will just magically be more profitable with no realy meaningful investment.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
