      You will be doing the same work everyday. It will be stressful at the beginning but eventually everything becomes a routine. You have plenty of time during your cycle off.

      Cons

      You have to work night shifts. Workload can be demanding at times. You will be working in isolated places for weeks.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
