Lack of client support. You have to take half day annul leave though you are late only for second Lot's of Senior have left, and most of the team leaders are selfish Lot's of workshop, company performance review took place on Saturday / Afterwork / Holiday Super high turnover rate--not that the management not supporting, but you just cannot survive in this business environment
