      Pros

      - Genuine set of colleagues whom one can trust. Focus on how to get result.No office politicking. - Knows the search business very well and how one can have a long successful career in the business. Willing to impart knowledge and leaders willing to coach and share experience - Allow new consultant to make mistakes. Would rather consultants to try and make mistakes rather than not taking action. - Clear promotion path across the region for performers.

      Cons

      - Expectations are high. Reasonable to do so due to the competitive nature of the business. As such, consultants who have the desire to have a successful long term career in this business will be more suitable.

      Nice office building Cool restaurants around

      Very VERY Demanding. I came in as a researcher and had to do a lot of cold calling. If i didn't hit my KPI the team lead will ask me to stay behind until i finished it. NO Training at all just threw me in the deep end. Very horrible atmosphere, can never feel relaxed you can feel the tension in the room. So much drama in the office, everyone is two faced. Not a friendly atmosphere! Salary is a joke! I got promoted to a consultant after 3 months, hated it. Quit 3months later. Valuable lesson learnt = NEVER STAY IN A JOB YOU'RE NOT HAPPY IN! If i gave recruitment another chance in another firm, i probably would of enjoyed it. Peoplesearch scarred me for life!

      - They will deduct your incentive if the business is not going well - Micro management, stubborn meetings/story sharing session almost every week - Morning exercise every morning at 845 sharp, the leader will observe how you do the exercise. In case if you cant do it well, you will be under spotlight every morning - Poor management, actually there is no management

      Can meet some young people with passion here ! But the turnover rate is really high ! People come and go, the working morale is very weak !

      Cons

      Low basic salary, unattractive incentive scheme. Unfair salary package- same position with different salary Very micro management ! Just treat staff as cow, and treat themselves as God ! Come on ! You guys are not as good as you thought ! Please !!!! Very bad company. Waste time. Think before you join. The first time to write review, just cannot put up with the fake reviews which may ruin a person's career path !! Just don't join !!!! Totally waste time !

      It is quite successful in testing your own limit - can hardly find any company more demanding

      Cons

      Company has much idea about cultivating employee, strong culture, care about employee life and stuff--sounds good right? All for the purpose of creating an organization where company interest is above employee themselves I am not against working hard, try your best for promotion and stuff. After all recruitment really relies on motivation. But the reward is far from acceptable for those who succeed. Company spirit is not a reason for such a low pay with very limited support and a plastic paper stand with your name can't compensate anything KPI is demanding, not impossible but it is unreasonable to ask for the same standard for someone working on candidates with USD 100k+ annual package and someone who work on junior frontline sales I left years ago but only decided to write this because someone who left a while ago told me they asked some of the employees to write good reviews and stuff.

      provide training, some staff are okay

      Cons

      Office politics, local environment, KPIs are not specific to the industry/specialisation, management doesn't listen to staff, commission scheme is very bad - they don't pay out till 1 quarter after, high turnover

      Some colleague is nice. Can't think of any other pros.

      Cons

      Team relationship was bad led by top management... Impossibly KPI-driven without effective support and training for new employees. High turn-over rate, people come and go every single month.
