Cons
They are not about quality. Senior management pushes you to push your candidates and clients regardless of their concerns. You're a hero this month and you're at risk of being fired the next - it is all numbers. They treat employees as machines. They are jeopardizing their brand by giving amateur advice to clients and candidates. More and more candidates complain about their lack of professionalism. Politics rule the office and the bonus pay out. People form all levels try to have an affair with creatures that have legs. Bad bonus scheme but with high sales targets in comparison to other firms.
