PageGroup Interview Questions

El puesto era para analista, yo tengo experiencia en supervisión. Primero entrevista con RH, súper entretenida y llevadera. El hombre sabía bien el perfil que reclutaba y entendía los valores de la empresa e incluso me dio tips para pasar la segunda porque entendió también el match de mí experiencia con lo que PageGroup necesitaba. Luego la segunda con el supervisor del área, se sintió tal vez intimidado ante alguien que ya había ocupado su puesto, le dí hasta ideas de mejoras en los problemas que acarreaban actualmente (ej: porque comentó no podían manejar una cartera de menos de 800 clientes entre 3, con muchísimos días en la calle). Me dio sensación de él en el equipo es competitivo por puestos de mando y no productivo o eficiente con la compañía. Gracias que no me contactaron ni para un "no". Pero igual gracias al recruiter, un genio!

Please do yourself a favor and just trust the Glassdoor reviews and don't even waste your time. I met with the director who was very scattered, seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else, and ended the conversation 5-10 minutes in after calling me naive twice. Ghosted by the recruiter after the interview who was "shocked" that the director behaved that way and that he would get to the bottom of what happened. They don't respect people's time.

cinco entrevistas con rrhh, direcccion, gerencia. entrevista presencial grupal derivacion a preocupacional no obtuve feddback no fui contratado no me indicaron motivos no me dieron ninguna respuesta concreta no recominedo pasar el proceso dado que dura dos meses es super extenso te entrevista toda la nomina pero luego nadie sabe decirte el miotivo por el cual no sos contratado. realmente una perdida de tiempo y mas cuando hast te sacaron sangre para entrar

After going through a phone interview and a face-to-face interview (2 sessions), I was ghosted by the interviewer. No reply or feedback if the application is rejected. Literally just ghosted. A courtesy, template email stating your application is rejected is much appreciated.

the whole process was okay, we had a smoothly conversation, but the recruiter ghost me after the interview, even without a rejection letter. I sent him email ask for update, but no reply, disappointed honestly.

TLDR: I got ghosted in the end, even though I followed up and asked for feedback I had a phone interview and was friendly at the start, chatting about previous experiences, but the questions started to get more demanding afterwards. Nothing wrong with the increasing difficulty, and nothing rude happened during the call. Just that some questions were asked in a tone where he sounds superior to you. (This is a personal feeling, may be a bias) Mentioned would arrange a video interview tomorrow but nothing happened. Followed up on the updates and got seen. Expected didn't pass the first interview stage even though promised and asked for feedback. Still got seen. Maybe it's a reflection of the over-sales-driven culture where they only bother to talk to you if you can benefit them?

Muy ameno! Información clara y excelente predisposición. El reclutador fue muy amable y comprometido con el proceso, con la descripcion del Puesto. Se contactaron conmigo un miércoles y el viernes ya me estaban comfirmando.

Friendly and easy going. it was okay, interviewers were friendly and down to earth, they want to know you as a person so they asked about my hobbies, what i want to achieve in life and what are my drives and motivation

Interview session quiet long & it was a good one. They are friendly. They just ask questions related to the job role. There will be 3 person during an interview
