Pros
Throughout my career, I have always felt challenged, rewarded and proud to work for a business like PageGroup. There are countless opportunities to progress into management, work overseas or earn serious money in a billing role, whilst being recognised for achievements and seniority.
Cons
The bonus structure is outdated and it would be far easier to attract talent if we adopted a monthly commission based structure. Like any corporate business, you have to patient when trying to influence change and the internal processes can be arduous and pedantic
