It is nice place to begin your career at. There is complete flexibility with regard to job time. The bosses are supportive overall.
Cons
Adhoc way of running business and assigning jobs to employees. This may lead to a new joinee being dumped with excess of work while others be relaxed .Some issues not streamlined.
