Current and former employees report that Nielsen provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

Have medical benefits on doctor consultation, dental and medical checkup
salary and bonus are very low
medical insurance, birthday leave, exam leave
government standard public holidays, up to 22 days annual leave in HK plus 1 birthday leave
Long annual leave if you stay long enough plus birthday leave
There is reward and recognition system in the company. Staff club activity is well organised, many activities on Buy, play and eat.
The benefits package is fair.
Working in Nielsen is like flying a budget airline. You will reach your destination (i.e. receive a monthly salary) but don't expect much frills along the way. So the benefits, if any, is a very basic medical plan and the bare minimum legally mandated leave entitlement. There are very few progressive employee practices like personal development time/space or flexible working. Junior staff don't even have a laptop and so end up having to work in the office on their desktop to finish their work - in this day and age of smartphones and tablets - this is a pretty old school way of working.
WFH policy, flexi hours, Annual incentive plan
No 13th month, only yr end bonus which is tie to overall company revenue target
