Pros
-The recruiters are very nice and the hiring process was enjoyable. -The people. Some of the most brilliant individual contributors I’ve ever worked with (but sadly they let them all go). -Competitive base pay and benefits. -Remote environment (however I think they are going to a Hybrid environment).
Cons
-Micromanagement from higher ups. They constantly doubt you. -It’s Narvar’s way or the highway. Don’t think they hire you to bring in new ideas or fresh perspective. The longest tenured people just do as they’re told. If you want to stick around, be a yes man. -Don’t speak up about the culture issues. These people are punished rather quickly and they never get rid of the actual problem people. -Strategy changes everyday, they can’t seem to stick to one idea and see it through. They are still operating as if they are a new start up, rather than having been around for 10+ years. -Crazy turnover, both from layoffs and people leaving quickly after joining. -Not many people get commission, so prepare to live off your base pay.
