Pros
Benefits are ok, calm app for free instead of internet, they reward you in points at the company store when you succeed. Pizza parties and escape rooms. WFH.
Cons
Low pay. Job security is not good. Data/metrics used to track performance are not balanced with contextual analysis. Company is not independently owned, but rather by private equity firms that change hands constantly. This leads to consistent reorganizations and thus management changes, team mergers/dissolution, lay offs, low pay, and if you’re unlucky - they will fire you for performing poorly with arbitrary reasoning in order to get rid of your salary overhead. They will try to contest your unemployment claim if they can. Being owned by a private equity firm means the company is nothing more than an investment, and the employees nothing more than an object. Not able to “care” about individuals in this situation.
