Pros

The Coworkers were nice. Teamleaders also understood people managment and worries of their teams.

Cons

Terrible salary. Predatory human resources did everything they could to take away your attendance and punctuality bonuses. Labour activity terrible for mental health. No career progression. Always with the lies of "we need young, dynamic people", "we're a family", "we treat everyone by you". This is typical of this type of recruiters and can fool many young people entering the labour market.

A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though

Good communication with the recruiter. Smooth onboarding process. Fine for a short term position while looking for another job

Low pay, no PTO or holiday pay
