Alright job... Not what I was looking for but great company to start out with super cool environment for growth. Will train you the best for recruiting and their goals are way more realistic then any other staffing companies. Meaning they don't drill you if you can't recruit for difficult positions.

the interview process is running smoothly. before the interview start, the staff helps me a lot since i have technical problem before the real interview started. the question is not very difficult

The overall process was fine, they were primarily interested in my experience as a translation project leader. They also suggested me a test on Japanese knowledge, as the job implied a certain level of communication skills in Japanese.

Chiamata telefonica di 10 minuti in cui si valuta l'interesse verso la posizione richiesta e si valutano le competenze del candidato. Il colloquio ha una difficoltà media e si mantengono toni gentili e cordiali.

Assessment di gruppo della durata di 4 ore. Una prima attività consisteva nel presentarsi e poi passare la palla ad un'altra persona a caso che a sua volta si presentava. Un'altra attività basata sul definire le priorità tra le cose di un elenco e poi la creazione di una job description.

Very easy. An internet based interview, had to answer questions about work and show my passport and right to work. 5 mins Role play on telephone . The scenario was that I had to take a call from a Member of the public about a banking query and I needed to give the best customer experience.

Excellent interview process and very informative and well planned. Really helpful and everyone on the panel really explained the culture and company and role . Health and well being also seemed important to hiring managers

it was alright, mostly just admin matters and also, basically just going through the process, as I have already underwent the recruitment interview with the hiring company (ie their client)

About 30 minutes time, straight to the point, quick introduction, got answers to all my questions. Got a few theoretical questions, a few HW questions and a few SW questions
