Negative experience with management and culture

Cons
I worked at the company for 8 months. During my time there, I had a limited number of projects and was not able to meet the expected KPIs. However, the way my termination was handled was extremely disappointing. I was let go without any prior warning or meaningful feedback. In a one-on-one meeting with HR two weeks before my termination, I was not given any indication that my position was at risk or that there were serious concerns about my performance. The lack of HR support and communication was a major issue. The termination process felt impersonal and lacked basic consideration for the employee experience. Additionally, comments were made not only about my performance but also about aspects of my personality, which felt inappropriate and personally discouraging. Overall, this was a very negative experience. The compensation was also quite low compared to the expectations and workload.
