Pros

Cons

Although LCG preaches a "people centred" culture, this organisation is anything but. Expanded far too quickly, systems in place are not fit for purpose. Management keep telling us learner numbers aren't high enough but then offer no support or training to help with recruitment. We are currently in our second round of redundancies this year as the company cannot afford to maintain its acquisitions. Communication for management is sparse and confusing. Everything is done on spreadsheets and nothing is tracked consistently. Staff highlight the barriers to learner completion all the time and suggestions are constantly ignored. I have never worked somewhere that is so chaotic and so badly managed - it blows my mind. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Learning Curve Group offers fantastic opportunities to grow and develop within the organisation. The level of support is outstanding, and the training provided is genuinely exceptional. You’re encouraged to build your skills, take on new challenges, and progress in your career. It’s a place where development is truly valued.

Cons

The pace of the organisation can be very fast, which may feel demanding at times. Communication between different departments could occasionally be more consistent to ensure everyone stays aligned.

Pros

Learning Curve Group is a great place to work with a supportive culture and strong focus on helping learners progress into employment and education. The team environment is positive and collaborative, and there are good opportunities to develop skills and grow professionally. Leadership promotes a strong sense of purpose and community, which makes the work feel meaningful. Like many growing organisations, things can move quickly at times, but overall it’s a rewarding place to work with passionate people.

Cons
