      Pros

      Learning Curve Group is a great place to work with a supportive culture and strong focus on helping learners progress into employment and education. The team environment is positive and collaborative, and there are good opportunities to develop skills and grow professionally. Leadership promotes a strong sense of purpose and community, which makes the work feel meaningful. Like many growing organisations, things can move quickly at times, but overall it’s a rewarding place to work with passionate people.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      They lure you in with this amazing induction and purple people values and you think this company is different. It’s only when you walk in, that you realise what a load of rubbish those values are. They don’t care about your health, your well-being or your safeguarding. Managers that I worked with are a joke, they do not know what they are doing, Procedures are put in place without care or consideration. This place is heading for scrapyard.
