Terrible work life balance. Better pray you're not sick more than 5 days a year or they will fire you. They won't even accommodate you missing an hour of work for a last minute (week notice) doctor appointment. Your time is micromanaged and your numbers will be negatively impacted by long customer calls that you can't control. Your "supervisors" never want to help out with issues you have. Customer demanding to talk to a supervisor? Tough because no one will help you with that. Very stressful for a job that is seen as easy.
