I interviewed with the recruiter. It was about an hour long. She loved me and said I fit all the criteria and was recommending me for the next steps and would be in touch the following week once they figured out if it would be in person or virtual. She totally ghosted me. I had to follow up with her two weeks later to find out. Why would you say yes, make an offer, only to ghost me.
