    Low salary, high sales objective, Salesforce software rules your life. Everything is documented and tracked. Feels like Sales kindergarten.

    Was an amazing place e to work!

    Cons

    You begin to wonder how some people move into roles. Is it based on merit or what is needed at that time to fill an inclusion and diversity box? It’s not longer about the customer. Just hit the metrics. How ever you want to package the “right activity”, they are metrics. Talent isn’t enough, you need to be in the correct circle or you aren’t moving.
