      I’ve worked at several agencies from the biggest to boutique firms and Godfrey is the most put together agency I’ve ever worked at. Amazing culture, especially on the PR team and really fun clients. Great work life balance. Newly added maternity leave. All great benefits and not toxic like many marketing companies in central PA.

      Pros

      People are kind and warm and their efforts for employee engagement is evident!

      Cons

      If you don't find your clique it is a little lonely. Onboarding was lacking- lack of education about brands you will be working on and who is who with the clients making it difficult to jump in with both feet.
