      Pros

      People are kind and warm and their efforts for employee engagement is evident!

      Cons

      If you don't find your clique it is a little lonely. Onboarding was lacking- lack of education about brands you will be working on and who is who with the clients making it difficult to jump in with both feet.

      Pros

      Awesome people, I get to work with some incredibly friendly and talented people. Any time I have a question about something, I can easily find someone who is willing and excited to dive in to the topic with me. If you are self-motivated, it's a great place to work because you can frequently dictate your own career path and new learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Org structure leans too heavily on certain people, and sometimes they are unprepared for higher management responsibilities.
