      Not so good management, no personal/professional balance time. Long time hours to handle distributor and International team. Not enough people to manage responsibilities and ambitious business goals.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
