      good and clean working environment and nice people, staffs are friendly. Medical Insurance is quite good.

      Cons

      I like this company but the salary is too low. so hard to ask for increasing salary or promote even you have good contribution. They just Focus on the working experience but not your contribution and results. Lack of challenges as they would like to stick to the old-fashioned way. No direction for executive staff. also less opportunity to develop your career path.

      Have free ice cream every shift

      Cons

      Have a lot of promotions and vouchers with different conditions that change from time to time. Take a bit of effort to catch up and remember all those conditions, and it's kind of too much for what you get paid, especially when you did not get a lot of shifts.
