      They really take care of there employees, give them meaningful tasks and projects that make a real business impact with tangible results.

      Many times you will work more than the standard eight hour shift, it is part of the work hard play hard game.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
