Pros

Working at the headquarters is great... you get flexible hours, on-site services (like childcare, healthcare, post office, bank, gym, massages, salon, etc.) and a really good work-life overall

Cons

If you want to start working at a plant, do a lot of research first. Some of the plants are good (try Cedar Rapids, IA if you are an engineer) but others are a far cry from that (with management offering mere lip service to work-life balance, an unfair distribution of work load, and no proper accountabality)

Pros

Good work life balance, many people fully remote or hybrid

Cons

Layoffs are often and if you don’t move quickly you get caught up in them

Pros

Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

Cons

The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
