Cons
Horrible experience. The company, particularly within marketing, is extremely political and filled with toxicity. Lack of true diversity, and I’m not just talking race and sexual orientation; this extends to diversity of thought. There is nothing in place to promote good management. Everything is about cost cutting, no true innovation.
