Pros
General Mills has a flexible work/life balance culture. They offer many opportunities to continue to learn and grow your marketing and Continuous Improvement Knowledge. The corporate facility is great with a virtual mall - hair salon, work out facilities, credit union, store etc.
Cons
They are going through some serious downsizing - over 800 people. Everyone will have to do more with the people they have left, which could create much stress and test their work/life balance ability.
