      Thank you for taking the time give us a review. We do our best to manage the hierarchy and management span of control. We do try to balance the needs of the business and the promotion capability of the employee. We acknowledge that it is not perfect and are pleased that work gets done!!

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
