Pros
The people I work with are my favorite part. Just about everyone here is incredibly smart, genuine, nice, and down to earth. Everyone is approachable from leadership on down, and everyone truly *wants* to make things better, both in terms of the product and as a place to work, even when it's not always clear how to do so.
Cons
Communication can be a struggle sometimes. Part of that is that as we go through such fast growth our old means of communication aren't as effective. Part of it is that as we grow more things are disseminated on a need to know basis. That's fine, but maybe we should stop claiming to be so fully transparent.
