      - High salary compared to similar roles (although this is soon changing with the adoption of Intuit's salary levels) - Talented engineers

      Cons

      - Culture has fundamentally changed following the Intuit purchase - Many long term employees have left losing institutional knowledge. Recent hires are not the same calibre - Corporate environment stifling any innovation - Moral is through the floor
