Pros

Great management. Really liked my supervisor. Better company than most retail merchandising co. to work for. Flexible on schedule. Nice annual company training and overview of your clients

Cons

Low pay for very part time work. Mileage covers gas on longer trips but not any maintenance of car. need to restructure the drive time and mileage. Just not beneficial. Need to be clear on mileage and drive time before hiring. When hired last time i was told it would be 40 miles and 60 min. deducted. I quit when i found out that it was actually first 40 and last 40 and first 60 and last 60. It only pays between stores and my stores wasnt 5 miles apart. i would have to drive hour and five min. to first store only get paid for 5 min, only get paid for 20 miles at .30 per mile and then same back 20 miles paid 5 min. I actually lost money. Oh and my last job not same as first time worked for them they paid 2.00 on hour less for drive time than instore.

Cons

an honest example of your day, we will pay you for 15 minutes to run up to a Walmart. For that 15 minutes we will expect you to read instructions for any new changes, run in and check in with a manager, find our product, count our products exactly, go to the back room and find our products (which is by far the longest step), count our products in the back exactly, bring our products to the front of the store, take pictures and answer questions, remove all old products, stock by date, take pictures and answer questions. If this takes you 25-30 minutes, which is probably a more accurate accounting, we will still only pay you for 15. If you are lucky there may be another job that day, but if not you will be expected to waste your gas, drive to the Walmart that we demanded, and work that 15 minute job alone. In that case we will be demanding that you take an hour out of your day for $3.00.
