      Pros

      Was recognized as thought leader. Leadership was proactive and invested in developing staff. Had the opportunity to work with some truly great folks.

      Cons

      Company is no longer interested in client service or staff except how it will help them get through the job. Company has been trying to reduce cost by cutting salaries and benefits. Leadership is focused internally and not on what got them to where they are.

      Good Company to work for. Stable

      Some projects aren't that great. But you can easily move on to something else.

      Pros

      Amazing and motivated. Great support such as labs, commuting buses, proximity to Tysons.

      Cons

      High pressure. They bill too high - so stop work often. Then you are left to find work internally. Management isn't technical.
