Pros
You get a so-so laptop PC assigned to you when you start.
Cons
You can't believe the all of the things that they tell you/sell you on when you are hiring in. No work-life balance. Arrogant, smug and unseasoned managers. The company relies on its BIG NAME and appearance (you MUST wear a neck-tie to work every day - cough-cough). Although the company claims a good work-life balance, you will quickly find yourself working 24/7 with little or no time-off - even on weekends. It is a good place to start your career - IF you are a new graduate who will work your a$$ off and get brainwashed into believing the company's mantra. The company goes to great lengths to make you believe that it is the greatest place on earth to work, yet you will find yourself working ALL of the time, 24/7, while the company is billing the client for your every waking, working hour. Do yourself a BIG favor, pass on this employer and look for a more solid company that treats their employees better! Here, you are a salaried employee, and must bow to the local partner who considers himself to be king of the world.
